To file a complaint against a MA Physical Therapist or Assistant
To file a complaint against a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant, you must complete a form and submit to the MA Board of Allied Health Professions.

If the therapist is a member of this association (APTA of MA), you may also file a complaint with the Amercian Physical Therapy Association. Please contact the APTA of MA (aptaofma@aptaofma.org) to determine membership of the therapist and procedures.
