Affinity Groups
Affinity groups consist of a group of like minded people who can come together to connect, mentor, and build community with one another.
The concept of affinity groups was introduced to the APTA MA DEI committee as an opportunity to assist in creating community and to help clinicians connect with individuals who have similar interest, values, and ideology. We anticipate that building community will create a sense of belonging as well as foster inclusivity.
