Cape Cod Canal Day: Date moved to Sept 22
The Southeastern District leadership invites you to run / walk / volunteer / donate to this annual event in Buzzards Bay Park, Cape Cod! And join us as a Physical Therapy Family at 10:30 to talk about Key Topics happening with PT in Massachusetts!
Empowered by Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce, the Cape Cod Canal Day is an annual event held in Sept (September 21, 2024, 11:00-6:00) and features a 5K Road Race, Cornhole Tournament, Entertainment, Excursion Train, Food Trucks, Artisan, Craft, and Information Vendors. The APTA of MA will be there as one of the Information Vendors and will be offering education and screening around running safety and balance and falls.
We also need Volunteers to help at the APTA MA booth. Volunteers will receive a complementary APTA T shirt if they sign up by September 18.

We will be having a meeting to connect as a Physical Therapy Family for a short 45 minute meeting at 10:30 am before the race/events. All Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants are welcome to attend. It will be a great time to connect, and talk about some key topics happening in Physical Therapy in Massachusetts.
