Join us for an evening of networking and learning! Our main talk will feature Terry Ellis, PT, PhD, FAPT and Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy as she discusses her work with soft robotic apparel to prevent freezing of gait in people with Parkinson Disease. She will discuss a recent publication from Nature Medicine that reported on the exciting results of an individual with severe freezing of gait as well as plans for a larger study that will be implemented over the next 3 years with funding from the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
